Buckeye Pro AC is a service operated by Arizona Service Partners ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use this website (buckeyeproac.com) or contact us, and how we treat it. We've kept this short and plain, because the honest version is simple: we don't track you, and we only handle the information you choose to send us.

Who we are and what this site does

Buckeye Pro AC is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Buckeye and the surrounding West Valley with independent, licensed Arizona HVAC professionals. We are not an HVAC company and we do not perform HVAC work ourselves. When you contact us, our role is to take your information and connect you with a licensed pro who can help.

Information we collect

Information you choose to send us. This website does not have any forms, sign-ups, or accounts, and it does not collect information automatically. The only way we receive information from you is if you choose to contact us — by calling or texting the phone number on the site, or by emailing us. When you do, you may share things like your name, phone number, service address, and a description of the AC or heating problem you need help with. You decide what to send; we only receive what you give us.

Basic technical data, through the services that run the site. Like virtually every website, this site is delivered through a hosting provider and uses a font provider, and those services automatically receive limited technical data when your browser loads a page:

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. As part of serving the page securely, Cloudflare may process technical request data such as your IP address and browser type, and may set limited security cookies (for example, to help distinguish real visitors from automated bots). This is standard infrastructure security, not tracking by us.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts used on the site. When your browser loads the page, it fetches font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser type as part of that request.

We do not control what these providers do with that technical data beyond the purpose of serving the site; each operates under its own privacy practices.

What we do NOT do

To be clear and plain:

• We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising trackers on this site.
• We do not set our own cookies, and the site does not store data in your browser (no localStorage or similar).
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not build profiles of you or track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us for one purpose: to respond to you and connect you with a licensed local HVAC professional who can help with your request. We share your information only with the independent, licensed HVAC professional we connect you with for your request, so they can help you. We may also share information if we are required to by law. Beyond that, we don't share your information with third parties for their own purposes. (The hosting and font providers described above process only the basic technical data needed to deliver the site — not the personal details you send us by phone or email.)

How we protect your information

We take reasonable care to protect the information you send us and limit access to it to what's needed to connect you with a pro. No method of communication or storage is perfectly secure, but we handle your details responsibly and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.

Your choices

Because we don't track you, run accounts, or build profiles, there isn't much hidden to manage — but you're always in control of what you share. If you'd like to know what information we have from a request you made, or ask us to delete it, just contact us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy
